In a world full of barriers, college students needed a tool to empower them to take hold of their stories. We illustrated the world of VR as something unestablished—an empty canvas. All it takes is the Meta Quest 2 and you to create your story.
As an art director for our creative team, I worked on the creative concept, campaign executions, mockups, and the plansbook for our team's strategy.
Where strategy and creative collide
Our plansbook visualizes our strategy from the brand manifesto to us explaining how guides work. If you want a better idea of what drove the above executions, check it out.
Guiding Admirers into VR
The Guide was born from the observation that the people who truly love VR also advocate for the headset unconditionally and are most likely to recruit new users.
We wanted to give back to the Guides through events, merch, and endorsements to further facilitate advocacy.
The Blimp-ening
An amazingly ridiculous interactive blimp students control that would airdrop thousands of dollars at its final destination. The blimp represents the freedom of access as well as the fun you can have with your communities using the Quest 2.
Complete with an app to vote on its direction and track metrics, students can monitor the blimp during the whole process.
Excuse Generator
Between classes, work, extracurricular activities and trying to keep up a social life, college students have no time left in their schedule – so we’re giving it back to them through Quest 2 excuses.
