The advertising department at UIUC lacked cohesive messaging and branding. Together with a small team of fellow alum, we built a strategy and campaign off self-fulfillment that starts with a student's passion and ends with their success.
Common themes of tactile graphics combined with work-in-progress-esque illustrations make our content feel tailored to students and their constantly developing ideas.
Hand-drawn illustrations blended with the scrapbooking aesthetic well, which led to graphics for stickers, cookies, signage/handouts, and cool department merch that people would actually want to wear and use.
